Fragrance Hotel St.Peter

We've just come back from this hotel and I couldn't fault it! The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were all really lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated on a quiet road but only a 5 minute walk from the main road where you will find everything you need. The hotel was super clean and smelt fresh all the time. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. 🙂 5/5 🌟

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, the room was very nice and clean! The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The location was close to many restaurants, shops, sights such as Vatican City and public transport. Breakfast was good. They have a great roof terrace with lovely meals or you can just relax with a drink and take in the gorgeous views in the evening after a busy day. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Terrible experience. 4 Room changes in 5 days (damp marked wall, rotten sewage stench, no lock on door, broken lock on door, door wouldn't lock, faulty electrics, sockets hanging off wall, etc...) & none looked like the photos on here. Very 1970's. Others had nicer rooms, but still very basic. Rude, misogynistic male manager (I really don't know how I managed to stay polite, &, had I had more time & a proper internet connection, I'd have moved to another hotel on the 1st day), nicer female staff who gave great tips on short-cuts & sight-seeing. They don't seem to favour lone female travellers & try to hide those with disability in the basement, making mobility issues even harder (2 rooms even had bars on the windows!). Check your room 1st before you go & don't accept any basement rooms unless you're used to a jail cell (fire escape hazard). I'd post photos, but there's just too many. Didn't eat or drink in the hotel at all - outwith that, Rome & the Romans were fabulous (as was the food & wine). Will never stay here again, nor recommend it. Only twice in my life have I ever had to change a hotel room (& certainly not more than once!). Give this dump a body swerve.

We stayed her for 4 nights recently. It is honestly a five star three star. The rooms are lovely and clean, the aircon is excellent and the staff are the loveliest people I have met. Could not recommend highly enough. Grand location for the Vatican about 10 minutes walk. Probably not a location for seniors as the hotel is located on a little hill. Overall 5 stars all the way an absolute gem of a hotel.
